Andrew Smith has been an active member of the Boston performing arts community since 2002, performing in numerous theatrical productions and showcasing his original music. He graduated from Berklee College of Music with a BA in Music Business and Management, focusing on Performance and Songwriting. Andrew has performed at various venues throughout New York City, including Pianos, Rockwood Music Hall, The Four Seasons, The Flatiron Room, Sofar Sounds NYC, and The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, with residencies and special performances at The Plaza Hotel. He was a Top 25 Finalist in The 2013 Grammy Awards Songwriting Competition for his song "Gotta Get to You." His original music is available on all streaming platforms, most notably his recent full-length album, The Garden. Andrew is also venturing into musical theatre composition and is workshopping an original musical with Boxcar Stage Company students. In addition to his musical pursuits, Andrew serves as the music director at Milton High School Theatre, where he has music-directed several shows alongside Stephen and Laura. His favorites include Urinetown, Rock of Ages, Bright Star, and Legally Blonde.
