Caitlin M. Dutkiewicz has collaborated with Stephen, Laura, and Andrew on educational programming for kids and teens for the past ten years. She earned her master’s degree in Theater Management from the Yale School of Drama, where she focused on how theaters can better support their employees and artists. Caitlin has worked as the Associate Managing Director and Company Manager of Yale Repertory Theatre, served as the Yale Fellow at Berkeley Repertory Theatre, and stage-managed numerous productions in the Boston and D.C. areas. She currently serves on the steering committee of the Georgetown Theater Alumni Network and previously sat on the inaugural Young Patrons Board at Arena Stage in Washington, D.C. Caitlin holds degrees in Linguistics and French from Georgetown University.
